Next meeting of this gathering of school garden support professionals is June 18th, 2012, at the Blake Garden in Berkeley.

Organizations working to enrich the lives of children through outdoor learning and play have a new global school ground network where they can turn for ideas and support.  

The San Francisco Green Schoolyard Alliance puts out an incredible resource update.

The Living Classroom School Garden Program is a project of the Los Altos School District.

Thanks to a donation by Carlsbad-based company Jenny Craig, Jefferson Elementary students have learned to grow their own fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoy composting at school.

In November 2010, Congress approved a resolution to officially designate October as National Farm to School Month.
